International Shipping Policy

A flat shipping charge of ₹2,500 will apply to all international orders.
Delivery Time
International orders generally take 12–15 business days to be delivered.
Shipping charges are fixed at ₹2,500 for all international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the delivery time mentioned above.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Exchange Period:
We have a 7-day Exchange policy, You can request your exchange within 7-days from your date of purchase. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must: Be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items: Hair Extensions: Due to personal hygiene considerations. Wigs: To ensure each wig remains in pristine condition for all customers. Hair Toppers: Non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
