Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we have a no-refund policy. However, we do offer an exchange policy for eligible items.

Exchange Period:

We have a 7-day Exchange policy, You can request your exchange within 7-days from your date of purchase. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hairhaux@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mohali. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hairhaux@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must: Be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange:

Important Notes:

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any questions about exchanges, contact us at hairhaux@gmail.com. Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items: Hair Extensions: Due to personal hygiene considerations. Wigs: To ensure each wig remains in pristine condition for all customers. Hair Toppers: Non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Additional Notes:

Product Integrity: Items must remain in their original, unopened packaging. Final Sale: Sales promotions or discounts may affect exchange eligibility.

Refund Policy for International Orders

At HairHaux, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, for international orders, we have a specific policy in place:
